Alan is an energetic and inspiring individual with incomparable multi-channel experience across the retail, wholesale, franchise, licensing and e-commerce sectors in the UK and Internationally. Highly skilled at change management, restructuring, recruitment & training of staff and in managing large teams over separate locations and countries. His strong negotiation skills served to develop valuable new robust strategic partnerships in the mid-market to luxury sectors accumulating a vast knowledge of differing product areas from food & drink, fashion, Hair & Beauty, footwear, fragrance, leather goods and accessories. Alan is a commercial, purposeful and passionate individual, with a management style that both empowers and energises people. He has a sound understanding of retail & franchising systems and their development at different levels and sectors in the UK and Internationally. A strategic, analytical and persuasive individual who has successfully realigned failing stores through the introduction of robust business plans and effective support.

Carolyn has spent over 20 years operating and producing accounts for a number of businesses in the North West and has been instrumental in developing an integrated accounts system that works alongside our EPOS system. She has operated large payroll systems and stock ledgers for a large plc and brings this valuable expertise to the team.
